  • Recipes and serving tips

    Cook in boiling salted water for 5-7 minutes. Serve with butter, a little olive oil or a sauce of your invention.

    Delicious with zucchini, shrimp, smoked salmon or bouillabaisse.

    North meets South: cut some smoked salmon in small pieces and add them to the boiled pasta, add a little sour cream, blend gently and garnish with dill and salmon roe.
